Job Overview
Overall responsibility and management of Quality Center including supervision of shop and office employees.
Responsibilities
Supervise a shift work force.
Participate in employee selection, training: electrical and electronic trouble shooting and corrective action.
Administer facility policies, procedures and safety requirements.
Conduct daily inspections for work areas to assure compliance with safety housekeeping and environmental policies.
Supervise the performance of quality inspections repairs and installation services on trucks to ensure quality standards and cost efficiency.
Provide quotations to customers for non-PDI work (decals, permit plates, auto lube systems, Telematics installations, etc.) and supervise the completion of all contracted work.
Supervise record keeping and repair order flow in addition to providing feedback on issues found and corrected to the build location.
Administer warranty and policy adjustments to insure they are reconciled in a timely manner.
Interact with TMP, Transport Company and Customers.
Monitor and replenish material used by daily operations and Customer supplied items.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school with 2 years of related experience OR an associate's degree with 4 years of related experience OR 8 years of related experience and high school diploma (or equivalent) required
At least 1 year of group leader, project lead, or mentoring experience required
An attached resume is required
Bachelor's degree in Business or technical related field preferred.
Prior manufacturing plant (OEM) experience preferred.
Additional Information

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
